Our School Placement Service is mainly prepared to focus on students and parents who need professional strategy and advice on their school applications. We help and facilitate the process of finding the right and best-match school for your child. Through our personalized process, we embrace current and historical data to ultimately provide the best solution for you.

Our consultant becomes yours and is with you to achieve every step of the process till your child is placed in one of the schools of your choice.

Step 1

The first planning step implies several procedures to mainly establish a relation with you and understand your requirements. Through our specialized survey, followed with convocations, we compare and associate qualified school for the student. We consider the experience, accomplishment, development and pertinence for particular schools. Finally, we summarize and aim the appropriate institutions according to the student’s proficiency.

Step 2

Once the first step is achieved, we build the student’s case. This will be done through different actions. The most important one will provide audition and conversation preparations related to the appropriate schools on the list. These schools will be visited according to the client availabilities. Parents and student(s) can go on their own or our consultant may guide them throughout the relevant schools. These school visits are to prepare the student(s) as well as parents to the requirements involved, including activities, curricular and extra-curricular developments, and fees. It is also important to gain a good attitude through this process. A special guidance will also be provided to help parents and student(s) to adapt to the Hong Kong life such as preparing official documents, finding home, requiring appropriate services of helper(s); also, strengthen and enrich the student(s) in weak academic subjects to be at the Hong Kong Academic School Standard.

Step 3

The third step is where we execute and finalize the student’s case. We will guide you all along the different executions of the student’s application at the relevant school(s), stay connected with the case, provide and inform you for future evaluations, meetings or responses from these schools, considerate invitations and estimate them according to your requirements. Our flexibility permits us to communicate with you through phone, email or any popular application. We take your personal and academic interests at heart.

Activities Planning

Please notice that we go beyond the consultation service. Because we are here to help, we provide a considerate and supportive aid to our students with tailor-made after school activities and learning, such as:

• Organize exclusive interest classes to prepare and lay the foundation needed to your child for the upcoming school;
• Select and refer the highest quality pre-school playgroup to help you, as a parent, to make the right choice according to your needs;
• For your child to be well prepared to register and attend the best school, we can arrange some one-on-one tutoring lessons with one of our teachers to strengthen his or her abilities.
• For a one year service period, regular progress assessments will be provided every three (3) to six (6) months. You, as a parent, will understand your child's improvement and foresee if he or she needs more or different supports.
